Explanation of Responses:
1. Represents the conversion, upon vesting, of restricted stock units into common stock.
2. Represents shares withheld by the Issuer to satisfy tax withholding obligations upon the vesting on August 1, 2016 of the restricted stock units awarded to the reporting person on August 1, 2014. The award includes a provision for the withholding of shares by the Issuer to satisfy withholding taxes due as a result of the vesting of the award.
3. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents the right to receive, following vesting, one share of Forrester Research, Inc. common stock.
4. On August 1, 2014, the reporting person was granted 5833 Restricted Stock Units that vest and convert into common stock in four equal and consecutive installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date.
5. Each Restricted Stock Unit is the equivalent of one share of Forrester Research, Inc. common stock.
This Form 4A corrects the number of shares acquired in Table I, section 4 from 1459 to 1458. It also corrects the number of shares on Table II, section 5 from 1459 to 1458. Lastly the shares on Table I, section 5 are also corrected to reflect direct shares owned that were inadvertently omitted.

I hereby grant to each such attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary, or proper
to be done in the exercise of any of the rights and powers herein granted, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present,
with full power of substitution or revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming
all that such attorney-in-fact, or such attorney-in-fact's substitute or
substitutes, shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this power of
attorney and the rights and powers herein granted.  I acknowledge that the
attorneys-in-fact, in serving in such capacity at my request, are not assuming,
nor is the Company assuming, any of my responsibilities to comply with Section
16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

This Power of Attorney shall remain in full force and effect until I am no
longer required to file Forms 3, 4 and 5 with respect to my holdings of and
transactions in Company securities, unless I earlier revoke it in a signed
writing delivered to the attorneys-in-fact. Upon signature of this Power of
Attorney, I hereby revoke all previous powers of attorney granted concerning the
subject matter herein.
